Whoa. Watched a few good movies and vcds lately. Okai, I shall do a movie review for the movies on my blog to advertise for them.

The Incredibles.

(Went to watch with: Phil, Kyong, Gerald, Harris, Benedictus and Joy.)

A family of superheroes vs a psychotic scientist who used to idolise Mr. Incredible. The start of the movie is actually quite dry, but it actually explains the background info. and everything. The later part of the story became amazingly incredible. Such as the kids' super powers, new characters such as Kyong's darling, Edna, being introduced. It's super funny but you'll know what you're laughing for. Shark Tale is also funny, but sometimes, it's just plain funny. I think the funniest part of the movie is when Dash compete in the sports meet. LOL. Want to know more? Watch it yourself.

Shutter

OMG. The best horror movie that I've ever seen. Not like Dark Waters, The Vengeance or whatever horror that actually scares you for the sake of scaring you. Those cliche movies have actually no storyline. Such that the "thing" curse and kills every human possible that came across them. Shutter is different. Oh my.. I'm still getting the goosebumps after watching the movie. You thought the climax is Natre's ghost chasing Tun? YOU'RE SO WRONG! The ending is the best. Although the music doesn't sound like it's the climax, what you see can actually let you feel that the whole story is linked together. Like Tun weighing 122kg, feeling a strain in the neck and etc.. I think the men deserves it lah! I'm quite glad that the ghost of Natre actually seeks the correct person for revenge. yah. But still, there are the usual cheap thrills that we can predict, and as what bk says, the audience wanted to see. Melissa is hilarious. Sorry gal, but you're really cute. Broad daylight, clear sunshine, she still cover her face with her bag. wahaha. too bad you're not sitting with bk cos I'm poking his arms to my hearts content. (oh gross, oh gross!)I know she won't mind one lah har bk. I love chingwen. I think I enjoy the very end too cos I actually disturbed Melissa, Joy, Harris and Gerald by grabbing their ankles to scare them. LOL. I love it. hehe.

The Rose.

(Watch it alone at home. woohoo. Finished 24 cds within 2 days. I'm good.)

It's actually a Taiwanese idol drama series. Surprisingly, the actors and actresses captures their roles very well and is indeed a very good story compared to other "idols" drama series. Literally idols. Can't act, can't sing, only look good. Sometimes, they don't even look good. I think a person looks good if he can express well. Just like the artistes in this series. Ella is good and hilarious. haha. As usual. The other 2 guys are not bad too. I like parts when they actually get near to Ella and talk to her in a close distance. You can feel yourself taking short but deep breaths too as they stare and whispers to her. lol. Also because of this show, I think tall guys with long arms are very attractive. As in they look huggable. (Gerald: although your arms quite long, but you just don't look and feel huggable.) I think it's just in the genes lah huh. But not too long like the chimpanzees in the zoo please. lol. I like that kind of love that Jin has showered on Lily(Ella) despite her looks as i guess we all need that little something to neutralise this world lah huh. That means, story + reality. Make your life a bit happier huh. But just remember to get out of it that's it.
